By using Draxivo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our platform.
2. Organizer Responsibilities
As an organizer, you're responsible for:
- Setting accurate event details
- Managing refunds if needed
- Checking tickets at the door
- Complying with applicable laws
3. Payments
All payments are processed through Paystack. We charge a fee per paid ticket sold. Fees are clearly displayed before checkout.
4. Ticket Validity
Each QR code is unique and can only be scanned once. Tickets are valid for the event they were purchased for.
5. Cancellations
Organizers can cancel events. Refunds are handled by the organizer through Paystack.
6. Data Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't share your data with third parties without consent.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform.
